On March 3, 2026 I purchased an Infield Skirt (Field Saver) directly from this company’s website at the price listed and paid in full. I immediately received an order confirmation, so I assumed everything was finalized like any normal online purchase.
Later that same day I was contacted and told they would not honor the price that was listed on their own website. I even called and spoke with a representative (Oli), who confirmed they would not honor the advertised price.
The Email from Oli:
I'm reaching out regarding your recent order #3606 for the FieldSaver Premium Mesh Cover.
I'm very sorry, but we have to cancel this order due to a significant pricing error on our website. Unfortunately, the current sale price is well below our actual cost for this item, and we are unable to fulfill it at that rate.
Your payment has not been captured, and the authorization will be released immediately. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this causes.

As a customer, I completed the purchase in good faith based on the price they publicly displayed. I have the order confirmation and payment receipt documenting the transaction.
Refusing to honor a listed price after accepting payment is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the company’s business practices and customer service. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability.
