Lindsey is a real asset to the company. As a front-facing person, she made me feel at ease in an environment where I am normally out of my comfort zone. I was given an office in which to work (or snooze, as I did for a while) and the repair process was thoroughly explained to me, along with expectations time-wise. The repair was superb and my car was as good as new. Highly recommend!
