I purchased my tyre and alloy wheel insurance in June 2023. I reached out to the service on 6 January 2026 and got a response confirming that accidental damage would be covered. A follow-up on 9 January reiterated that the damage should be included in the policy. However, when I went to the suggested repairer, they informed me that they couldn't perform the work. I emailed the service again on 12 January for clarification, but I haven't received any further communication. As of 19 January, I'm still waiting for an update. Additionally, during my visit to a local branch, I was told that the passenger-side front and rear wheels of my vehicle were not covered, without any explanation. This contradicts the earlier information I received, leaving me confused about how to proceed. Improved communication, consistent guidance, and quicker responses would be greatly appreciated, as it's challenging to understand what is included in the policy.
