Attempted to purchase tickets for Belton Woods light experience for Christmas. Message on website said payment failed. Attempted again. Same message. No email. Tried different card and completed transaction . Received ticket confirmation. Was very surprised to see the two previous transactions of £132.50 each has been taken put of account.! Emailed customer support, disputed payment with bank and eventually £132.50 was refunded. Dispute bank statement proof sent and acknowledgement from "Brook' that the rest I'd the refund would come in under 7 days still no resolution. This has been going on far too long. No phone number to talk to anyone. Disgraceful. Want to take this further but stuck! Ticketek have £132.50 of my money!!!
