Trying to apply for a refund for Guns and Roses Wellington. It got rescheduled from 2020. The issue I have is the “help” number is never manned. When I have managed to speak to someone they’ll get back to me- still waiting. Don’t expect any form of customer service after you purchase - and no reply to emails which they suggest is best way to contact them! Have been trying to contact since May 2022!
