Terrible company.No confirmation email when booking tickets and the website crashed meaning I ended up being charged twice which had nothing to do with me. Then wouldn’t give a refund for the extra tickets despite it being their website that had issues and they didn’t send confirmation by email or otherwise as stated in the terms and conditions.Now I’m having to sell the extra tickets and have managed to sell 3/5 but the other two haven’t been provided to me and do not exist in my account.Customer service is outsourced and atrocious. Will never use this company again
