Bought tickets in the Girls Aloud presale. The sale itself was an absolute disaster. Once I finally got through the waiting room, I ordered tickets, only to receive an error message about my payment. No confirmation email or any sign of the tickets, so I came to the logical conclusion that my payment hadn't been processed and I had not bought the tickets. My girlfriend then bought tickets as a result of this. We then discovered the payment had gone through, and we were now stuck with two extra tickets (£200 worth) which we do not want and are unable to sell back to Ticketek like you can do on Ticketmaster as they do not offer that very basic service.I emailed explaining the situation and requesting a refund for the two tickets as the mistake was caused by their error, and 8 days later I received a reply which completely ignored the content of my message, and instead said they were pleased to inform me that my payment went through successfully and telling me to enjoy the show!Absolute disgrace of a company, who not only can't get the basics right in terms of the sales, but then rip people off by refusing to refund people for their own mistakes.
