We travelled from Kent to attend a wedding here, with the bride’s family coming from Hartlepool and the groom’s from Kent—so meeting in the middle made perfect sense. Choosing the Premier Banqueting Suite turned out to be an excellent decision.Although there are many beautiful venues across Yorkshire, this one truly stood out. We took the time to research thoroughly, reading reviews on Google, Facebook, and other platforms, and we’re so pleased we chose this venue.From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team is well-organised, with different managers specialising in various areas, which helped the entire event run seamlessly.The coordinator was outstanding—always present for both the bride and groom, ensuring every request was handled smoothly and without stress. The food, service, and overall atmosphere easily exceeded expectations.There was plenty of parking available, including free off-road spaces. One moment that really touched us was when a manager generously provided two tables of ten at no extra charge. Instead of making a fuss, he simply reassured us with kindness, saying not to worry and that everything would be taken care of.
