After the initial interview everything and every one involved proved excellent in their roles. The disappointment was with the advisor Peter Bennett. He took it on himself to find a provider of finance for the latter part of the work. I paid a deposit of £4,000 and waited for him to come up with a name. He failed to contact me and whenever I tried to call him he was never available.He was the only failure in doing what was promised. Eve agreed to wait for my final payment of £1,100 which was very helpful and allowed me to have the work done without incurring expensive interest.
