Been without a shower for ten days after failure. They called back twice for details, hinted that it was out of warranty, in spite of quotation saying "lifetime warranty", then don't return calls. Awful service towards pensioner. Don't trust them.THANK YOU FOR REPLY 5/11. YOU SENT THE WONG PARTS SO STILL WITHOUT A SHOWER.Correct part received 3 weeks after initial failure. Successfully fitted on a Saturday (9/11) by very professional plumber (Jordan, AJT) who also uncovered initial installation error. Attention from Customer Care Manager at MBGL helped to ensure correct parts supplied and plumber available - thank youSo, now pleased that it is working, but bemused that calls weren't returned for two weeks as well as warranty statements. Response eventually good though which is worth a couple more stars overall.p.s. thanks to Trustpilot review system which seemed more effective to highlight the issues
