Having previously been satisfied with this service, we commissioned them for a full renovation. The kitchen design was impressive, and the quality of the units and installation was excellent. However, the bathroom ended up smaller than planned due to a lack of communication from the contracted fitter. Unfortunately, the construction phase was problematic, extending from 16 weeks to 32 weeks, with delays in certification. While initial issues were addressed promptly, we faced challenges once the team left the site. Remedial work was required after 18 months to meet local council standards, which caused further frustration.
