We arrive promptly at 10:30 a.m. you were loaded into the van only to wait another hour for potential Riders three people finally came and yet they still waited to try to fill the van. We arrived at the ship an hour after we had planned. The return was a horror show. We went to where we were assigned waving our are blue papers for well over an hour well other vans passed us by. Called 10 times and it just went into voice mail. Cut into precious traveling time to go home up north. Should have called an uber. Safe inside parking but the transport to and from eas awful. I always tip well but not on the return after eaiting an hour with, by the way, no apology from the driver
