Walked to where all the people were gathering but no one advising us so we waited for 30 minutes . a lady from the crow took things into her hands and started organizing the people waiting into two groups or lines . Symphony on the seas and everyone else. Took her 10 minutes walking up and down the lines answering questions and calming everyone down.finally got on a van and made our way to the shipDepartture: Van was on time and hustled us in and off we went to our cars with more vans ready to do the same thing . went very smoothly
