Written instructions for where to meet shuttle were highly inaccurate for Terminal A. Waited one hour and 7 minutes before we gave up and got a cab. I will be requesting reimbursement for the cab fare. During the one hour and 7 minutes, one Premier van went past us, completely full, and it did not stop to acknowledge us or let us know when the next van might be by. It was a mistake to choose this company.
