The support experience was terrible. It takes an eternity to receive a response via email. When I initiated a chat on the website, I waited between 2 to 6 hours for a reply. Once they finally responded, they gave me no time to reply before closing the conversation. After expressing my frustration via email about their communication and the misleading lead time, I requested compensation since I ordered it in time for the holidays. Instead, they chose to cancel my order and issued a refund. I quickly emailed them back, and they replied promptly, stating they misunderstood and canceled my order because it wouldn’t arrive in time for the holidays. I informed them that the recipient would receive it after the holiday, but now I'm left scrambling to find a replacement gift.
