The PFC staff are great. The programming is fantastic. In my one week there I put on muscle and lost 3 lbs of fat. I learned so much about fitness and nutrition, and had a lot of fun too. The other clients were super kind and supportive. I'd highly recommend this program to anyone looking to take their health and fitness to next level.
