An engineer rectified a fault and other undiagnosed faults with my mother's stair lift today, she called them at 11:10 and an engineer was here by 14:00 despite the awful weather and us being situated some distance away in Coventry. I wish I'd caught his name as he explained in great detail on how to diagnose the issue by simply checking a number the lift was displaying which obviously is helpful when making a call.Again it's top marks for Premier Mobility from me.I also have to add they were extremely courteous and respectful of my property.Thank you.
