Ordered an XL, received a L. I have attempted several times to contact via email and even Messenger but all have been ignored. I now have a football shirt that is too small and no use to me. A simple exchange is all I wanted. DO NOT TRUST those charlatans to rectify any issues you may have through no fault of your own!!!
