Well quick update finally got back to me after 3 months and multiple emails. They ask to respond URGENT to the automated email which I did about 10 times. They emailed and told me to calm down!!!! Then got a further email to say they thought they had refunded my order after a few days!!!! COMPLETELY CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THIS 'COMPANY' awful
