If I could give this business no stars at all I would! Absolutely ridiculous company, a joke, a farce!! I ordered a shirt for my sons Christmas at start of December 2023. I fully expected it to not arrive for Christmas but it did not actually arrive till late January. Size was not suitable so sent it back for an exchange of size because this company do not offer refunds unless faulty or damaged. Needless to say it is now 23rd of April and I still do not have delivery of my exchanged item…quick to take my money though in December. I have emailed them but their customer service is as shocking as their delivery service!
