Ordered on the 4th December, fully aware that I may not receive by Christmas. However I at least expected delivery by now. I have reached out to this company on multiple occasions and the fool Paul Retro on Facebook who owns the company, and still to this day I've had no correspondence. This company is an absolute shambles, I like to give companies the benefit of doubt, however this is just such poor form from Paul. If I were you and you've ordered from Premier Retros I'd contact your bank and raise a chargeback claim.Company is run by a fool who clearly has no business acumen.
