I thanked him/her and asked for how much longer it would be extended for.Responce was that I was a bad client and he/she did not want me to renew at the end!I was flabbergasted that a customer service agent could be so rude.I've been trying to communicate with them for several days now but they never respond.All I get are daily email reminders that my online invoice that was created from the failed first attempt to pay are due.Furthermore, the service I'm getting on a mag box is very slow and spotty.I would say stay away from Premium IPTV Pro, as it's known in Canada.
