This is definitely a legitimate company, as my purchase experience has been positive. They have done a great job addressing any issues. The quality is impressive, but the comfort is decent rather than exceptional. We have recliners, and without the recline feature, the comfort level is just okay. While the recline function operates effectively, the mechanism could be improved; the feet need to be fully elevated, but the back reclines first, requiring some adjustments for optimal comfort. Additionally, when fully reclined, it doesn’t achieve the zero gravity position like our previous furniture. Overall, I appreciate it because it seems durable, and with a bit of effort, I can adjust it to a more comfortable setting.
