I was given an offer on my car, which I accepted, partly based upon the website describing how they didn't haggle on prices and were very straight forward. The next step was their staff collecting the car and carrying out a full inspection. Only if the car was not as described would the agreed price be altered - this as stated on their website and in FAQ's The day after making the appointment another rep of the company rang me and said the purchase had to be underwritten, and without that they could not agree the price. This is not as described on their website, and therefore breaches consumer law in my opinion. The rep, Ash (who wouldn't give his full name) said he'd ring me back later that day. He didn't. I rang again the following day, to be told someone would ring me back. They didn't. The collection appointment was today, it was not cancelled but nobody turned up or spoke to me. I guess they changed their minds, weren't worried about breaching their website terms and are now ignoring me. From this experience I would not use this company again, and suggest you consider my experience before using them yourself.
