On arrival, the site was completely disorganised. There were cars everywhere, not enough staff and people who couldn't leave because their car was blocked in or it could not be found. I was charged the cost of the barrier at the airport - whilst I was aware of this from the booking, there were 3 groups of us on the mini bus to the airport and all were charged, even though there was only one barrier cost. On return to my car, I waited 40 minutes to be collected, was taken back and my car was blocked in by another. To make matters much worse, the passenger side window had been left open and the inside of my car was wet. I reported this to one of the members of staff and was told there was nothing her could do as it was done now?! I barely received an apology, let alone anything else, so I took photographs and complained via email. I was offered a 50% refund and 20% discount code for using this service again. Whilst this does not seem acceptable, given the fact the whole inside of my car was wet and took time to dry out, I decided to accept the offer (without the discount code as I will not use this company again). It is now 18 days since I was asked for my bank details for the refund and 5 days since I chased it up and I have not received a reply, nor the partial refund.My advice would be to avoid at all costs, this company do not value their customers.
