I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Dealing with this airport car parking company was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear the entire operation was chaotic and completely unorganised. Cars were dumped everywhere with no system, no structure, and no staff properly directing anything. I was essentially left to abandon my own car in an unsuitable spot with zero reassurance that it would be safe. There was no guidance, no signage, and no sense that anyone was in control.

The transfer to the airport only made things worse. We were crammed into a worn-out minibus and left sitting there for 15 minutes before it even moved. When it finally set off, the driver’s behaviour was genuinely alarming. He drove erratically and carelessly, as if he didn’t have a licence. Two young girls in the back were visibly distressed, worried they were going to miss their flight after already being delayed for over an hour and a half. Despite being told clearly that they were flying from Terminal 2, the driver decided to drop another passenger at Terminal 1 first, adding even more unnecessary delay. It was stressful, chaotic, and completely avoidable.

Sadly, the return process was even worse. We were told to go to the multi-storey car park but given no clear instructions about where to wait or who to meet. We stood around confused until, just two minutes before pickup, we received a call telling us which bay to stand in. The communication was shockingly poor.

The real nightmare began when we were taken back to the car park. We then waited well over an hour for staff to locate my car keys. There was no urgency, no clear explanation, and no proper apology — just us left standing around while they searched. To make matters worse, the day worker left knowing my keys were missing, without resolving the situation or properly handing it over.

I was then placed in a so-called “waiting cabin,” which stank strongly of smoke, and what I saw there was deeply concerning. We were left completely alone with bags of car keys lying around openly, accessible for anyone to take. On top of that, customers’ personal details were left clearly visible. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable, not to mention potentially against GDPR regulations. It was shocking to see such careless handling of both vehicle security and personal data.

To top it all off, I was promised an email the next day confirming my refund. It has now been a week, and I have heard absolutely nothing. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing.

This company is disorganised, careless, and completely unprofessional. From unsafe driving and chaotic transfers to losing my keys, exposing customers’ personal information, and failing to follow up on a promised refund, the entire experience was beyond stressful. I would strongly urge anyone considering using this company to think twice — there are far better and safer options available.
