Scammed for $6000. In line with finding a StarTrek:The Next Generation pinball game, I never received the merchandise. FBI Report: , Memphis Police Report# 2402031083ME, FTC report#169623831, notified Charlotte, NC police department and my call was diverted away as if this matter did not fall under their jurisidition. Even the shipping company, BettyK Express was in on it all.
Your reply indicates you have some recollection of the event, which means, this discussion is valid. To follow your description of events, you state I denied shipping insurance and, the machine was damaged during shipping.
I have screenshots of the moment delivery was being claimed as, "being delivered", never a mention of it (pinball machine), being damaged.
Then, upon calling Premium Pinballs salesman, John Buyers, there was no answer, no text reply, totally scammed. Never recieved the pinball machine. No refund of any manner. I have tracking info, phone numbers and screenshots of text and shipping activity. But, never a pinball machine. $6000+, gone - for nothing.
Great Products fast delivery little costly. I have bought several games from them and they are in wonderful shape and Premium Pinballs LLC shipped them fast. I paid a little more then I wanted to but in the end it was all worth it.
