Ordered a motorcycle plate from Premium plates. When it arrived it was poorly made with the yellow backing exceeding the perspex area in 2 places. I`ve contacted them 3 times now via email and not had a single reply or even an acknowledgement of my emails. There seems to be little point in their plates having a generous 3 year warranty when you cannot actually get to speak to anyone there. All their plates pass an inspection before they are sent out, but what`s the point if the person overseeing this cannot spot when something is clearly wrong? There is no contact number in which you could call to discuss the issue, so you are at the mercy of their email service which is poor to say the least. If there are no issues then you maybe onto a winner, I was not that lucky and at nearly £30 for a number plate that I`ve got to repair before I fit it let alone worry should I need to return it to what is in my opinion an almost faceless company, then you will need to be lucky that all goes well with the manufacturing of any plate you order from them.*Update.After this company posted a reply that they'd not received any emails from me, I sent them one using the email address stated on their reply on Trustpilot. It's the same one ironically that the other 3 went to strangely enough. Not unsurprisingly, I'm still waiting a reply from that one too.
