I ordered at 11:04 on the 9th March expecting to have express delivery.Chased on the 12th and received a standard reply that Priority/Express is 1 to 3 working days. No mention of 1 to 3 working days on the website. TOTALLY MISLEADING.I asked for tracking details. This request was ignored.Package sent by EVRY arrived too late. Lost my money.No reply to my complaint Premium Plates have replied to my review to say that the plates were dispatched on Monday the 11th and were delivered at 13:53 on Tuesday 13th. (11th was a Sunday)The Website clearly says Express Delivery £9.99 (Order before 2:00pm). My order was at 11:04 which is before 2:00pm on the 9th. Why did they not dispatch the same day as stated on the website.Post Office next day guaranteed before 1:00pm is £8.95. I stand by what I said MISLEADING. They have now admitted that they didn't dispatch until after the weekend.
