Ordered plates with express delivery, I sent a email 3 days later and no reply, 5 days later still nothing and no plates.I contacted 5 times before I got a reply and then I was just told they would resend them as they are not sure what’s happened.I asked for tracking and multiple updates after and still no reply.I’ve now ordered plates elsewhere and looking to get a refund via the bank as the company clearly can’t be bothered to even respond.UPDATE: I have just emailed you once again as per your request bellow with the chain of email and attempted contact.No plates, no refund.
