Unfortunately, I will never use this company again. My order arrived damaged by the courier company. I emailed premium plates and had no response until I emailed them again 7 days later. I requested a refund due to having to get my plates made at my local garage due to the delay. I stated in my emails that I wanted the order refunded and they completely ignored my request and sent out a replacement set, which I didn't ask for. I then emailed them a further 3 times and they have completely ignored my emails. I have always been happy with my previous purchases and have never had a problem. Their customer service is shocking and just ignore your emails and requests. I will never use or recommend this company again.
