Tengo un radiador defectuoso que jamas contestaron y pierde agua y otro que me llego porque me confundi en el pedido, me di cuenta al seg de pagar y la web no tiene modo de anular ni cancelar pedidos. Y les escribes por correo y jamas contestan Horrible. I've placed several professional orders and PremiumXL hasn't responded at all. I have a defective radiator that they never addressed and it's leaking water, and another one that arrived because I made a mistake in the order; I realized it a second after paying, and the website has no way to cancel or cancel orders. And when you email them, they never reply.
