Over priced, rubbish quality and terrible customer service I would avoid at all costs! Just go to a reputable brand that will actually deliver you a pair of shoes that lasts!
I bought a pair of Orion black suede boots for my daughter in sept 2025 from the baby and toddler show, I paid just over 40 quid for these shoes so they weren’t cheap.
I recently noticed the sole has detached from one of the boots and was half hanging off. As you can imagine I was gutted so I reached out to the company as my daughter has only had a few months of wear from these boots she mainly walks around the house she barely runs she’s only just become a confident walker.
According to the company my daughter has had many ’adventures’ in these shoes and therefore it is justified for a pair of shoes you’ve paid over 40 quid for to fall apart! So therefore they would not be able to offer and exchange or refund.
I mean if I’d paid so much for a pair of adult shoes and they packed in after afew months I’d be annoyed, but I am infuriated by the fact that this company think that a toddler walking in shoes equates to adventures and this sort of wear and tear can’t be withstood by their shoes which are designed specifically for kids!!! As a bare minimum I would expect a pair of toddler shoes to last a season at least till they outgrow them but apparently even that is too much to expect.
