This is a scam website. They have scammed me and others as reported on Reddit.comThey will give you a FedEx tracking but they send a package (probably empty) to a random business in the same city you live in. Makes sense, right? Most businesses will just sign any FedEx package they get.Show your tracking shows delivered, when it's not, and FedEx support can only tell you the name and business it was shipped to is not the same as yours.I opened a PayPal case, which gives seller 10 days to respond, and the scammers finally reached back to PayPal the day before the case would be in my favor.They provided PayPal the same tracking as I got, giving them 10 more days from PayPal to confirm with FedEx that the package was in fact not sent to me.If you look at all the other favorable reviews, it is clear they are fake from the scammers.DO NOT TRUST PREORDERPROS.COM!You can see they have multiple physical address, Texas and New York, and their website has only been open since November 2025 (now February 2026) and they claim to have shipped thousands upon thousands of orders.But call their phone support, it's a direct line, no robotic prompt, a guy will answer and won't even greet with "Preorder Pros" but instead just a confused "Hello?"Beware, these guys are thieves.
