I wish I could give then zero stars.I did a £5 recharge for EE phone on October 31 and today they deducted £49 from my bank account for some subscription service which I didn't sign up for.When I called their Customer Care service, they mentioned that I had signed up for their scubscription service and my trial period had expired.They didn't refund the money.Absolute SCAM.
