Absolute scammers. I bought a £10 voucher, and after a few days they took £49 from my bank account. They gave me some absurd reasons, claiming that I had agreed to some kind of subscription or membership. The terms are completely unclear, deliberately designed to trap as many people like me as possible and take their money afterwards. I have already reported them to consumer protection, and this is just the beginning. Don’t fall for it — it turns out I’m not the only one; there are plenty of others like me
