I purchased a £5 mobile top-up and was later charged £49 without my consent. This charge was not clearly explained or authorised at the time of purchase.
Since noticing the charge, I have tried every possible way to contact this company — email, phone, and online contact forms — and every attempt has been abortive. No response, no support, no resolution.
Taking £49 after a £5 top-up and then being completely unreachable is unacceptable and highly misleading. This company’s practices raise serious concerns, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service.
