well, when i bought it do to the great advertisement and videos and everything, I thought this is watt a need for my pet, but mine didn't work at all, since then got nothing but headaches because kept sending email saying that I want my money back, not a replacement, my money back, put it together inside the box asking for a return label, and got an email requesting a video, wich i did and sent, also a lady name Mary general manager wrote me another email saying: Hi Rene,Please disregard my previous email regarding the replacement.I understand that you ultimately want a refund. No need to worry; I'll coordinate with our team to have your request fulfilled as soon as possible.and still nothing at all.
