I might come back and update my review later but my initial experience with company is that they have terrible process and service in place. They cannot even process credit card unless management approves it. My sons exam is next week but I am waiting for someone to manually process credit so I can schedule tutoring. What year do we live in?Also, when you sign up you cannot start for 14 hours (for tutoring not sure about other options as I wont be signing up for those given my experience). Also, they wont refund so basically I cant scheduled class nor can I get a refund. Customer services gives out conflicting information as well. Literally spent half a day trying to sign up to schedule class. Do you know how many other companies out there looking for clients? With this level of service you wont go far.
