Presonus software is not working, and so are the devs, not working on any fix.

Presonus is extremely disapointing. Being Presonus user I am shocked how much not working stuff Presonus released and sold sience I became Presonus hardware owner. At first all worked fine, but I was working on free version of th software. I got me StudioLive 16R Mixer. A very expensive audio unit. Everything worked fine, until some driver update release where after installing I noticed that when watching YouTube videos voice pitch was tuned down in all videos. I reversed back to old driver. Over 20 drivers were released sience then and not a single one working. Today I installed Windows 11 on my new computer together with the latest drivers for my mixer. No noticable pitch shift in videos to be noticed, but the control software for mixer dont work at all making the mixer unusable. Few years ago I could control mixer from my phone but even that they dstroyed by releasing some update that didnt work with android version of my phone. DAW software for recording that i use is also Presonus Studio One, and also a very expensive piece of software. I have Artist version and sometimes I subscribe to Spheare to get more features and new version of DAW. Studio One also have its own problems. When you try to install it with all of its content you will notice that MVP loops was not installed. You try by any ways possible to install it, and it seem impossible. MVP loops are sound files for Presonus ATOM, a drum pad from Presonus that I also have, so it is third thing NOT working, because of software NOT working. Presonus support workers wont help. Their only way to fix stuff it is telling you to restart computer reinstall software and stupid stuff you done 100 times before even contacting them, so getting help from Support is pointless. These guys know less about fixing computer related problems then your grandma. Presonus, please fire useles people from your staff and pull your heads out of your holes!! YOU ARE USELESS AND EXPENSIVE! You gonna fix the problems or we gonna end up in refund court case, because I am sick and tired of being owner of very expensive hardware and software that is not working and not being fixed, and not even in plans for being fixed.
