After 2 years of light home use my Studio live 16 0 2 failed to boot up. It took tech support 2 days to respond to my ticket request, and after several more days toing and froing wrongly suggesting my pc wasn't up to scratch, admitted it wasn't a software issue with my dead mixer, and the unit had to be sent off for repair.... a cost to me of £85 plus transport. A few days later I'm told it needs a new DSP board, another £250 and to add insult to injury, its not available for several months!!
