I bought a Presonus Quantum 2626 new from Amazon. It immediately showed problems: noisy pots especially on input 1, and intense hum and feedback if the host computer (a MacBook Pro laptop) is running on battery. Meaning that it probably relies on the host for grounding, or that there is simply no quality control at Presonus (I am inclined to believe the latter because I have seen other reports of noisy pots on the internet). Their customer service representative was very polite and prompt but not helpful (no, a return for service via the retailer is not a good solution, it was faulty out of the box and I wanted an exchange for a TESTED unit and not several weeks of downtime). So I asked Amazon for a refund instead and will avoid Presonus in the future.
