I purchased my car four weeks ago and still haven't received my V5C. I have inquired three times for updates on the application status, and I would have understood if they simply forgot. There has been no apology or clear communication. I was only told that someone would check with a colleague. Nothing has been resolved, and I was informed by the relevant authority today that no application for a V5C exists under my name. Terrible service. Now I have to pay for a replacement V5C. Extremely disappointed.
