Delivery via Royal Mail, who left the hamper outside neighbour’s house with no note through our door. Neighbours have left for the holidays, and I assume the hamper was stolen. While the delivery failure is not Prestige Hampers fault, it is their problem. When I contacted support, they refused to make it right with a refund or a redelivery. Other high value packages, like M&S hampers require signature and proper proof of delivery. I would avoid ordering from them unless they sort their delivery issues. This delivery method is their choice, and making their poor practices the problem of the customer and gift recipient is not good service or good business.
