I ordered a hamper. They sent me an email to say the address didn't look right. I checked and for some reason it did indeed have a missing street name but it had my house name and postcode but no idea why. I updated it before despatch but they dispatched to the old stored address and therefore it failed delivery. I received an email to say it was my fault and I won't be getting a refund for my £50 hamper or my £5.99 delivery charge. Obviously I don't agree as I updated the address but keep my money for the hamper and not ask if I want
