The hamper was left on the porch for an hour and when I opened it, the cheeses were mouldy, despite the outside temperature being only 7 degrees. They mentioned it needed refrigeration and required me to contact them within three days of delivery, which I did with multiple emails and pictures of the mouldy cheese. They claimed I hadn't done this. You would expect a company to simply replace the cheese, but instead, they offered me £10 off my next order, which my daughter had paid for as a Christmas gift from New Zealand. They essentially blamed me for the mouldy cheese that wasn't properly cared for on their end. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company; their customer service is not worth the effort of sending emails and photos.
