After an email interaction with Marta, we travelled to London with the diamond we referred to. We were made to feel unwelcome and very quickly dismissed. No proper checks were done and we were told to keep the rings as 'costume jewellery'. The items were certified earth mined diamonds with a vvs1 grading. Maybe if you are busy, you shouldn't allow people to walk in. Really suprised and very disappointed.
