I made my order and I was contacted the next morning. I actually forgot to re add a couple corals to my basket. Ryan sorted for me. Great communication. The packaging of corals was really good. In pots, big bit of foam to stop them getting battered in transport. Ryan also sends instructions. This would have been great for me when I first started out. Simple clear precise instructions.
