This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I purchased a car on Wednesday and took out a finance loan for it. I was then told to wait a few days for delivery.I waited an entire week and received nothing.During that time, I contacted the company every single day and was repeatedly reassured that everything was fine and that the car was reserved for me. Today, I found out that the car had been sold to someone else without my knowledge or consent.This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I have now been left in a very difficult situation, having to deal with cancelling the finance agreement and undoing all the paperwork I had already signed.The lack of communication, responsibility, and basic respect for customers is shocking. This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and wasted a huge amount of my time.I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
