I love the hardcover lay flat book. The cover is sturdy besides being beautiful. The lay flat feature optimizes viewing the pages and is so much better than a book where you almost have to break the spine to see everything.I would give more than five stars for the stellar customer service if it were possible. The first books that I got had page numbers cut off even though I had used the Preview option. When I complained, PrestoPhoto sent me two new books with no charge. When I had questions they were answered very quickly, and once it was ready for printing, it went immediately and shipped within a couple of days.The printing is very good. My book is made up of old photographs so it is black-and-white and I can't comment on color. It is almost as good as my previous edition which I had printed by Apple (and the Apple printing was perfect).
